I enjoyed speaking with the technician who came to my house. He mentioned that he could also apply a protectorant after finishing the carpet cleaning. I asked that I might think about it while he worked. I greatly appreciated the fact that I wanted time to consider the additional services. Once he completed his work, I approached him and asked that he also use the additional product as part of the services performed on Saturday. The gentleman was respectful, efficient, and left my carpets looking wonderfully rejuvenated. Great Job!

Shane did a very good job in cleaning our carpet. I wasn't there when he did the job. I know Zerorez raised their prices from last year. There was one charge that I think was unfair. The $25 Service Fee of $25. We didn't pay that fee last year. Of course, Zerorez should guarantee their work for 30 days. Any reputable company would guarantee their work.

We never check out the prices of your competitors to clean our carpets every year. My wife always lines up your company to do our rug cleaning. Next year, I'll look into other companies and compare prices. As a veteran of the US Army, I always ask for a discount and in most cases I get at least 10% off for serving my country and was proud to do so. I am 90.

We were very impressed with the superb customer service provided by Zerorez from part of the booking segment to the actual visit to our home.
Denise was great at the time of booking. Her patience and warmth shiined through as she shared the details and was very reassuring in her manner that this would be a good experience hiring you all to do our carpets.

Alejandro (Alex) A., was exceptional in his very professional presence of giving us the actual details and cost of thejob, while on site at our home and how he skillfully and carefully cleaned our quite dirty carpets. He made them almost look new again.....I mean, we're talking abiut 18 years without a deep cleaning, so the outcomes were great. we were quite pleased!

Technicians were prompt, explained the extra treatment I was requesting, including its limitations with removing old urine spots. They did a very thorough job and it all looks great.
Having the windows open helped the drying. Everything is back to normal now.

We had our carpet cleaned on 5/20/2025 and they did not come out clean. I called Zerorez and they scheduled a re-clean as soon as it fit into my schedule. We had the re-clean on 6/10/2025. They came out great. Our carpet is 32 years old and in pretty good shape and I was impressed with the re-clean job. Highly recommend Zerorez.
