I love the fact that you use a baking soda/peroxide formula. Two great cleaning and deodorizing products. With asthma I don't need the extra chemicals and fragrance!
It was easy quick.... And the service man explained all the procedures of what he was doing which was nice.
Rich was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. He did a walkthrough with me and explained exactly how the products are designed to work and how he would go about the process to clear the stains from the carpet. There was a stubborn stain that didn’t come out with the the initial round of cleaning but Rich didn’t just say oh well, no, he applied a solution for stains and manually cleaned it until the stain was gone. Rich was a pleasure to have in our home and the carpet looked amazing when he was done.

The customer service was impeccable and they were very thorough and meticulous with their cleaning process. They took their time and graciously worked around a full house of furniture in the process of being moved by movers. Even helped to ensure a carpet cleaning vendor did a good job on behalf of the homeowner. They are now my go-to cleaning service for my home in AZ.
It was great service! The technician was very friendly and professional, he let us know the carpet in one area would need replacing and because there was still a slight odor another technician was sent out (free of charge!) and used an Odor Destroyer. I would highly recommend them! The prices are very reasonable too!
