Our service technician NIKO was not only on time, but ahead of schedule He was professional and did an excellent job removing stains. Our carpet dried within two hours and looks and smells so clean. All spots removed. We have Berber carpet.

The oxy fresh staff were kind efficient with returning my calls and did an amazing job. An example of their care was the day they were coming out to clean our carpets. I called and asked them to add one other room to clean. They told us it was no problem, they arrived on time and did a great job. We Would recommend them to anyone.
