Normally all is good. BUT.
Is some theaters the stair light shine direcly in your eye, realy a lot the led direcly, very bright.
2do. I go a lot to the movies and notice that more and more people are cheking yheir cell phones during the screening, please enforce it.

Food could be better quality and you should add light pop corn,caramel pop corn, and panninis.

I general is a great theater Inlike it a lot.

Well lit parking lot. Lots of representatives available to help with any questions or concerns. The lines moved quickly at check in, the theater and the bathrooms were very clean

a variety of things to do, drink by the bar, play bowling, or just sit and eat, then go watch your movie...also they deliver food to your seat,
some seats recline and More!...

It was very organized. Was waiting for clean up so I can go inside to watch my movie. Didn't take long at at all. I always recommend Casa Blanca theater to friends and family.

Everything was absolutely amazing while me my brother and my girlfriend were at the bowling alley. The only thing that really put a damper on our experience when it came to our drinks. We only ordered one due to the fact that the bartender was extremely slow on a VERY SLOW night!!!!!! I can’t express how slow it was. And to make it worse, there were two bartenders! While all this was going on, the manager was on his phone the whole time and not paying attention to anything or anyone. I absolutely love coming here but the service definitely needs to improve

The whole experience

I love the recliner seats theaters. Never had a bad experience at Casa Blanca.

I enjoy the atmosphere, but the loyalty membership services, I would give a very low rating. This is the second time I have tried to correct my email. I keep getting notices on 2 email addresses. I have left a message this time again for a return call but do not get call backs. It is very frustrating.
