Hello, I recently went to this theater and I love Santikos but I havnt eaten anything since breakfast and drank anything but water the rest of the day but I got a soda and the Dr. Pepper tasted funny out of the drink machine and now my kid and I got really sick just wanted to give yall a heads up maybe the machine or ice was dirty or something.

The theaters are amazing and very clean. The staff are always pleasant and I've never had an issue until this past visit. I ordered the #1 combo, large popcorn and large drink. I waited for a fresh batch of popcorn and was VERY disappointed when i received a bucket of half burnt popcorn. I don't know how this happened but it ruined the experience. I was short on time for the movie so i wasn't able to get another bucket of popcorn. Not sure how often this happens but since it was the first time I got popcorn, i'm not sure if i'd risk spending another $13 to receive burnt popcorn.
