Santikos always delivers quality service especially when it comes to the dine-in theater service. The seats at Casa Blanca, reclining or not, are always roomy and comfortable.
Even when there were issues with our tickets or a power outage stopped a movie early we were refunded or the movie was promptly restarted.
Theater seats are comfortable, and clean!

Everything is always clean and I feel safe.
It’s convenient to where I live. The theatre screens are huge!! I dislike not enough of the theatre rooms like the ones you can get served while you sit. But other than that I always come here. It’s great. I love that I can use my points towards any purchase and gain points for every purchase.

Everything.. the seating, the walk way between the seating, the food, and just everything all around. The atmosphere is great I drive 45 minutes just to go see a movie there.. It's worth every minute and money I spend there
I’ve never had one bad experience at this theater it’s walking distance from me all around fun. The rewards program is great and remember emails keep me up to date. I would only make one recommendation is maybe a season pass
I like everything about the place and the experience, from the seating to the food, to the bowling alley.
The only issue I have is whenever I go to the kiosks they never work. I always have to go to the customer service desk to print my tickets. I’m not sure what the issue is but I even try a few at a time.

Very clean, everything is convenient from movies to bowling, bar, ice cream, Starbucks and arcade. I absolutely love the self refill station. Join the rewards. You earn money back with every dollar you spend
Comfortable and roomy seats.
Unfortunately, floor was wet with spilled sodas. Floor was sticky, disgusting. Restrooms also needed cleaning upkeep.

I love the place but lately my pop corn taste old and my nachos aren’t fresh either.
