I like it, but I wish that there were more reclining seats and theater that served the food to you. besides that it's all good
The ease of buying tickets and i have never had a technical issue with your self purchasing machines. The movie theatre is usually clean to include the refreshment areas away from the main food area. It is a one stop shop for fun or if you just want to relax have a few drinks.
All of your theaters are always clean and well run. For me, seeing a movie is about the whole experience.
Liked that everyone I came into contact with provide service with a smile, very polite and knowledgeable. Didn’t take long at the concession stands because there were enough attendants there to serve you when they weren’t serving others.

Some co-workers and I started a movie club..this was our 3 time..we come once a month..this location is nearest to our job..so after work we meet up to go to the movies..Since I had just became a reward member in may, I would get a free movie for my birthday in June..we came to the movies in June, but before my bday. So the next time we plan to come was July..so I es eager to use my free ticket..was told by the gentleman helping me that it is to be used within a an of the day..I was truly disappointed..so after that he did say he was sorry, and to improve my experience..he gave me a complimentary ticket..I used it that day to see Ant-Man 2. So one else came along to finish helping us purchase our tickets..so I ask the name of the guy to wanted to make sure my experience was good. His name is Joshua Pelky..it may have been small to him but is was huge to me..considering that my last visit Ocean's 8 was unpleasant..so a special thanks to Mr.Pelky for his excellent customer satisfaction..we're Are just four now..but we will be there next month to see..the spy who dump me..see y'all soon.
The ability to choose what viewing experience we want. Whether we want to dine in (food is great to) and drinks, recline and enjoy, or 3d, or super sound. Not only that but fun afterwards with bowling or games. I love this place. The folks are kind and are worth the tip. We go for double gestures once in awhile because of the points we save up.

Clean theaters and good popcorn
The theater seats (both the recliners and regular ones) are very comfortable and allow plenty of room for others to go by. However, I'm not a fan of you charging more for the recliners.
