Great customer service. It’s clean. The seats are comfortable and in working order. You can bowl. Kids stay entertained at the game room. You can have dinner at the movies or have a beer and a movie. Parking is spacious too. Plus they have a cute ice cream island right in the middle to boot.

The deal for a $5 movie on Monday and Tuesday is fantastic. It allows me to buy some food while I’m there. The chicken tenders and fries are always hot and fresh. The seats are comfortable but some need to be repaired. The upholstery is cracked and can make sitting painful if you’re wearing shorts. Bathroom has always been clean when I’ve gone in. The staff is friendly and sociable.

Casa Blanca is close to my house and a nice theater. The only issue is that it doesn’t appear in the Santikos app any longer so I have to go to the website to purchase tickets.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love go to the movies at Santikos Theaters, especially Casablanca. The seating is comfortable and spacious. I love the rewards programs, which helps with the cost. The popcorn is my all time favorite. The staff is always friendly and the place is super clean.
