The staff is great and very friendly. My wife and I mostly use the Y to play pickleball and the West Chester Y is our favorite location.

I mostly swim. Everybody is nice.
Overall, we are very happy with the West Chester Branch. We have used the West Chester branch for weight lifting, indoor and outdoor pools, child watch, and summer camp. There have been only 2 negatives that I have experienced.
The first is the family changing rooms are often left soaking wet and dirty from the previous guests. I don't consider this to be something the West Chester Branch is doing wrong as its is how the members are treating the facility.
The second is a gripe about summer camp at the West Chester branch. My daughter would come home absolutely filthy. She would be head to toe covered in dirt. Her backpack would have dirt caked on it. She said she had to put her bag in the dirt and there was no way around it. She also complained that it was too cold to swim because swim time was first thing in the morning.
