It is such a friendly, fun way of exercising and promotes socializing . I feel so much better since I joined the Y and the Silver Sneakers class are wonderful. They work on all the areas that a person younger may not need, but it is geared toward the older members and oh so helpful.

The facility is in great condition, the people are outstanding and the programs are available to all who wish to participate.
I was at the West Chester YMCA for the first time last week. The indoor pool is really nice and it was very clean!! I swim at a lot of the Northern DE and Chester county YMCAs and I think this one, at least the pool area, is the nicest in the area.
