The only program I participate in is the Silver Sneakers and it is very good. This is saying a lot since I am 97 years old.

I like using the indoor open pool when there are no swim lessons going on.
There are a variety of programs to choose from and the staff is friendly.

There was a dance class. Pickleball was adjusted to start at 10:20 and 10:45. Now that the dance class is over, pickleball can be adjusted back to 10:00.
