I enjoy going to the West Chester YMCA for the following reasons:

1. Staff - I've had a very positive experience with the staff (front desk, wellness center, instructors, life guards, cleaning personnel). It is a 'genuine' friendliness - not fabricated

2. The West Chester YMCA is clean compared to the other YMCA I use to go to.

3. The Wellness Center is has great equipment, mat area, and helpful staff. Staff and members are conscientious about keeping equipment & mats clean.

4. The Indoor 10 indoor pool is wonderful and has a lot of lap swimming options

These are the main reasons we prefer WC over UMLY. Keep up the good work!

What I like about my membership is that it includes all the exercise class that I attend and it
does not cost me extra. I am a senior on a fix income .Also my class instructors and class mates
are the best.

I appreciate the Leadership listening to feedback and getting another Free weight squat machine at the Airport Road YMCA. It shows that someone actually reads the feedback! The gym is great, I'd be happy to recommend to anyone.

Summer camp has been such a great experience! The staff is very friendly & they do so much with the kids! Couldn't be more pleased.

I love the gentle yoga class on Friday mornings. Karen (the instructor) runs a good class and is very personable.

The staff is super friendly, I love that I can exercise either in the group classes, fitness center or pool!! And the child watch too, my kids always stay happily!

Great facilities - family friendly and very well maintained

Everything! I love group exercise classes, especially with Jackie Canan, Toni Hamilton, and Clair Yarrison. The Child watch staff do an excellent job of taking care of my kids and keeping it fun. They are so kind, always giving my children a sticker when they leave. We just took advantage of Parents' Night Out for the first time. It was such a great experience. The kids had fun and it was so good for my husband and I to go on a date. The front desk staff always greets with a smile and 'checks in' my kids' toys every time and always gives out a sticker when we leave. These things make my kids feel super special. Swimming lessons are great, especially with Leslie Seifert. She is a first rate instructor. The facility is always clean and the entire staff greets their members with a smile and a 'have a nice day' or 'how are you today?' I've made many, many friends at the Y and so have my children.

My main Y is Kennett but I am often at the WC Y a few times a week. I like the instructors and also the classes are comfortable with respect to size.

One plus for me would be to have the instructors occasionally let us know if we are in good form or need to do something better to reach optimum goals.

I like that we can go to any area YMCA with our membership. I love the outdoor pool for the kids, and the indoor pool on rainy days.

The availability of classes. I only like classes as opposed to working out on my own so I appreciate the number of instructor-led offerings. The price is reasonable.

Ease of scheduling classes....variety of classes included with membership, as well as small group possibilities!

I enjoy visiting different ymcas ans different instructors. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. Sheri, who does the Wc ymcas 530am boot camp is one of my favorite classes of all time!

I love the friendly members and staff and the wide variety of fitness classes. The building is also spotless inside and out.

I love the classes, the instructors, the times of the classes.

I do not like the yoga room -- small, talk and dreay -- or the yoga classes, therefore I do not take them.

All of the staff are great, always greeting with help and a smile.

I wish the outdoor swimming club was offered to members who have visiting family (children) for a nominal fee. I am not allowed to take my grandchildren for a swim.

Parking is usually good and the facility is generally very clean.

I do not think adolescent children should be allowed to take classes with adults.

The physical facility is well maintained and clean, and the counter people and trainers are very nice. Nice environment.

I like the flexibility. The number of exercise classes allows me to schedule my exercise around my erratic work schedule.

I love that it's so convenient for me to be able to workout and bring my kids. They love the child watch and Y zone and the staff there is absolutely amazing.

The Y is conveniently located, easy to park at. It s clean, the staff is friendly .
The equipment in in good condition
