We love the West Chester Y, no complaints. Beautiful facility, great staff and tons for kids to do. I do have several complaints about the Oscar Lasko Child Watch though!

I love everything about the Y! There are lots of classes to choose from. Everyone - from the front desk staff to the instructors to the members - is very welcoming!

What do you like about your membership?

My favorite thing about my membership right now (and most years) is the babysitting room. The staff in the babysitting department are friendly, engaging, involved, trust-worthy, and genuinely care about my whole family. They feed, change, and snuggle with my son, so that I am able to regain a sense of health and well-being by working out 3-4 times each week. I am most appreciative of this aspect of the membership. It really shows that the YMCA cares about the whole family unit.

The staff is friendly. i need to get some exercise in every day to keep my diabetes in check so being able to do it in any kind of weather is great.
