All of the swim instructors my kids have had at the Y have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My kids have always felt comfortable in the water with every instructor they've had.

I like that there is a lot of variety of programs to choose from and it is usually a lot less expensive than these mega gyms. You also get to know people at the YMCA more than you would at one of these impersonal venues.

Staff are excellent, had a very positive intake assessment for 1:1 personal training w Steve. He understood my issues and goals and worked towards a thorough initial assessment to mock up a fitness game plan to help me towards achieving my goals over the next 6 months.

Classes are available for all age group. I especially appreciate the classes for the older adults. Those classes offer true exercise and the older adults are not treated as a aged

Swimming and pickle ball. I wonder why tennis programs cost so much. Are there costs here that could be reduced to make tennis more accessible?
