Variety of camps offered and the care the staff offer campers.
I like that the kids were active all day. I also liked the extended hours you provide.
Summer camp is the best!!!
I feel all people worked hard and well to make this summer’s camp a huge success. We really appreciate your efforts!
The different weekly camp focus- art, basketball, science, etc, mixed with daily swimming and general
Playtime
Very organized.
Staff is very pleasant, cheerful and easy to talk to.
I like how they are kept busy with all the daily activities.
I like how there is different activities daily.
I love that they get to swim.
I love how there is a nature center and farm animals.
The summer camp program provided many different options. Hopefully day trips can be restarted next year!
All outdoor, no tech, swim lessons included
The camp counselors and camp leaders are amazing with the kids, and really keep their interests all .. day .. long!! My son loves summer camp, and always looks forward to it every year!
My daughter loved the Y camp this summer, and I think it was a great learning experience for her. I was amazed at how well the camp operated.
My kids always have enjoyed the camp program
The wood shop camp was a great hands on experience for my tween son who is feting bored with “traditional” summer camp.
My kids had a great time at tennis camp (racket rookies) this summer. Drop off and pick up was smooth and organized.
My son was so happy and excited about camp. He loved that adventure camp had so much to do. Thank you for keeping him busy and active each day.
Cleanliness and variety of equipment in the wellness gym.
athe diversity of the programs and the wide range of skill level to participate in various sports
I enjoy the ease of signing up and playing in the adult tennis clinics along with the challenge of playing with other experienced players.
I love the outdoor 50-meter pool. The staff are consistently friendly. That said, during these Covid days, I am not exercising in indoor spaces (other than pool B), so I only interact with front desk folk and lifeguards.
My children were well entertain they were able to go to the Y and play basketball until the night around 9 PM it was the go to place when we as a family had no plans.
The programs for children and families in the community is what I like. I find as my own children are older now, the programs and activities are not focused on my needs any longer. Most likely moving to a country club that has a focus on tennis for adults.
availability, cleanliness, simplicity
The cardio center has been run very well through the pandemic.
I never participated, only used the equipment in your gym. All good.
I play tennis there and have found a wonderful group of people to play against. The facility accommodates all our need for playing both outdoors and indoors.
50 METER POOL
Awesome place great staff abs especially the group class teachers specifically Colleen and Regina they are dedicated , genuine and you can tell they love it and love making us all better! I am thankful for them.
Even though we are family members, My family and I only participate in tennis programs at the Y. My kids take lessons and my husband and I do clinics and lessons. The coaches- specifically Cornell and Steve are just remarkable with the kids. They coach with so much heart and have so much integrity in the role they play as coaches. They are not only focused on helping the kid improve but truly foster a culture where the kids develop sportsmanship and supportive network for each other. I know so many kids year after year find the Y tennis courts as their happy place.
Coach Steve is also superb in assessing and improving a player’s technical skills. My husband is a 4.0 player and takes lessons with Steve because of his ability to quickly assess and help the player improve.
Kareem has also been a great addition to the office and we are excited to see positive changes and energy he brings.
Their individual and collective commitment to the tennis families and the kids is the primary reason we continue to support the Y as family members. Even though we never use any other facilities or program at the Y- we feel the benefit of what we get out of the tennis community is well worth the membership. Keep up the great work!
like the new treadmills
I use the Y primarily for swimming laps. I especially appreciate the outdoor pool in the summer. The lifeguards are courteous and helpful.

A diverse offering of experiences.
