Among the best realtors in town! I like how transparent you are along the way, very much so when the going gets tough as home selling is never a straight trip. It can even be an obstacle course, and this is the tipping point separating the Carly Hall and Enas Latif from the imposters who have smuggled their way into this noble profession.
I have had my fair share of disappointment from realtors just ready to prey upon innocent clients. I would never recommend Bill Fink and his associate Mr. Reitz, Carmen Palma, Vincent Rondinelli (the latter allowed drug dealers to occupy my property and vandalized it because he failed to do his part in screening applicants diligently screening them as a dutiful professional would.
Real Capital Group comes last but is not least. Tony & co., trying to charge me $ 1,900.00 x 2 ( $ 1,900.00 per unit) for a simple case of eviction, where Lawyer Aquiano just did it for less than $ 600.00. What is even nerve- racking is when Mr. Aquiano ascertained that in stead of two tenants to evict, there was only one. I was told that the basement was squatted, which is a fabrication.
Why do I care to share these details that might look irrelevant? Because I want to provide enough perspective for my story to be transferable in any way.
I live out of state and, therefore, highly dependable on honest, ethical, caring, compassionate realtors. Enas and Carly are just the embodiment of such rare traits.
Thank you Carly, for not just being the representative of a seller. You went above and beyond the call of duty. You have this human acumen to understand that business need not be that cold and dry endeavor and that putting people at the center first is the way to go.
Your responsiveness to clients needs, your inborn understanding and embrace of diversity have made the difference. When my ravaged home ( partly due to the I - would- not- care less attitude of some realtors, partly because of renters who have no respect for others' property) was, under your auspices, restored to a minimal condition where I could even dare to show it to the public, it was snatched like hot cakes.
