Dave was always most attentive- from start to finish! When touring homes he would point out positive features as well as concerning ones. He is very detail oriented, which was made clear when taking photos of my home for Zillow - our house showed very well. When scanning Zillow for home sales I was shocked at how some people posted their property to sell.

Mark was amazing from start to finish during whole process. Always made us feel like a priority and always was able to make time for our difficult schedule. Any questions we had Mark got us answers with a quick response time. Would highly recommend Mark and would use him again if we decided to house shop again.

This is the third time I have worked with the Enas Latif Sales Team. This time, both Lucas Perna and Liz Watson assisted me with the sale of my home. I was thrilled to have multiple offers and accepted an offer 55,000 over list price with excellent terms. They walked me through every step and what to expect, they were there to give me advise on all fronts and their knowledge helped me get top dollar for my home. I am confident my results would not have been the same, had I not had their assistance. They were extremely responsive to my many questions. I loved attending the first-time home buyer class & meeting Brittany. She was awesome to work with! She really helped us get our deal accepted which was so important as we had very little experience shopping for a house. It was great to receive those resources at the class because I also consulted with Maha even though we were already speaking with a different lender. She was super nice as well. The client appreciation event was great too because I was able to connect with Brittany again in person, and we discussed how things were progressing on our path towards closing. Organized and knows her stuff
