do not like the length of time it takes for the carpet to dry, the invoice shows free drying but it does not appear you do much drying if any, every thing else was fine.

The technicians that came out were very nice and explained everything that they were going to do. They cleaned up any messes that were made.
The technician worked literal magic on our carpets! We have 10 children (8 under 11) and our carpets haven’t been cleaned in a year! He was quick, friendly and worked hard!
