The technician was very friendly & efficient. The carpet looks great. We put fans out & turned the ceiling fans on high & the carpet actually dried in about 6 - 7 hrs. The carpet feels good again under bare feet. My wife said it smelled good when she came home afterwards.

My technician was Eric and I praise him for his method of cleaning and his customer relationship. He listened to my concerns of certain carpet areas and was thorough and did go over those particular areas. He was sensitive to all of my concerns. He made suggestions based on what he saw would be helpful, but he was not pushy. And I appreciated his suggestions. He was careful and respectful of my home and furniture.
