First, a quick and friendly response which covered many questions and provided me plenty of information about the job Zerorez would do. A follow up call prior to the technician coming out to my house was great. Arrived spot on time, I didn't have to sit and wait wondering when they would show up. My technician gave me a comprehensive rundown of what my carpet situation was and what he could do to it. The cleaning job met every expectation and then some with an all-organic cleansing. The carpet now has new life, looks fantastic and feels like new! Quick, efficient and did a great job!

The non-toxic cleaning supplies and the three room special is what made us call for an appointment. We have 2 small children so the materials used for our carpets were important to us. The technician was extremely professional and very sweet to my toddler who kept asking him what he was doing. He was quick and methodical with how he tackled the different necessities of the rooms we had treated. We were amazed as we watched him clean the high traffic areas; the results were shocking. Our carpet had just been cleaned 2 years ago and they didn't look this good. We are extremely satisfied with our whole experience with Zerorez and will only be using them in the future.

Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really took his time and did a complete job. Carpets were not soaking wet when he left. Carpets completely dry approx. 18 hours.

Everything was so easy with Zerorez! Scheduling was quick, I received plenty of communication leading up to my appointment and the man that cleaned our carpeting was so professional! All that and my carpets look amazing. I wish I'd done it sooner. A much better experience than whenever we had the carpets cleaned by another company when we moved into the house.

I was shocked at how clean the carpets got! I expected to get some of the stains out that were in the carpet, but your products got them looking brand new!
My carpets are clean and the spots are almost all gone. I am thrilled with the results. Cedric was amazing. He is kind, caring, and very polite. I would like him to come back this Summer. I will add a few more services such as stain removal, which I did not use this time. Thank you so much

I like no chemicals to be sitting on my rugs. Then I so enjoyed Sedrick Cole who was the salesman/ pick up rug guy. He was kind, informed and funny. I believed him and he pulled through with everything he said. He is a plus for Zerorez. I will definitely use this company again.
