I just bought a townhouse and was wanting to get the carpets cleaned before moving in all of my furniture. The previous owner had pets but the carpets, to me, looked to be in pretty good shape with no visible stains and no odor that I could detect. When the tech came out to the house, he explained exactly how the Zerorez system works and exactly what he would be doing. He asked about the previous pets and I told him I didn't see any damage done by the previous owner's pets. He used a black light then to check the carpets and sure enough, you could see multiple spots where there was animal urine within the carpets. It was disgusting, but so helpful!! I am so happy that I was able to see that so I knew how important it was the get the pet treatment as well. As he was cleaning the carpets he made sure to check in to let me know the progress, and even showed me the difference in the carpet where he had cleaned and hadn't cleaned yet. The difference was amazing! I am fully confident that I got the best treatment possible and I can walk around and sleep comfortably knowing my carpets truly are clean.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet did a great job. He explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions, worked quickly and effectively, and had a pleasant demeanor. I was amazed at how clean the carpets got considering how disgusting they were.
My parent's carpet was in great need of cleaning. I was visiting them from out of town an my cousin suggested Zerorez. So I made an appointment. Sedrick, our technician was extremely knowledgeable about the process of Zerorez cleaning. He was charming, positive and so respectful. The cleaning he gave their carpet was outstanding! Next year when I'm in town again, I will definitely call Zerorez!
