Charlie was fantastic. So much so, I found myself afterwards wondering why he is not a service manager. Very natural demeanor and patient. He did a great job cleaning and explaining as he went along.
Cleaning a carpet I found is quite a disruptive personal process.. As to having to prep before the cleaning, such as moving furniture and odds and ends. Even more so if one lives in a small house like I do. Charlie made it really painless upon his arrival.
I will for sure be a returning customer for carpet cleaning.
Idea:
I would like to have had an option for baseboard cleaning as either part of the carpet cleaning or a small surcharge option. I think this would be a great service-add to an already outstanding service.

Setting up my appointment was very easy. When I changed my date - there was some confusion, but all went well. The technician, Remington, introduced himself and told me what he would be doing. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate the way he kept me informed throughout the job. He was very courteous and informative. The carpet looked wonderful. Our carpets look so bright and clean. I had moved furniture a month or so ago and couldn’t get the indentations up! After being shampooed they are gone! Traffic areas look fabulous and I love how the carpet wasn’t sticky or stiff the next day! Great customer service beginning to end!

Very thorough. Spent a lot of time cleaning and it was not a rush job. I felt that the carpets really got deep cleaned. I've used other companies in the past and can see the technique is totally different, meaning it wasn't just one swipe of the wand

My wife was not there during the cleaning and she helped me realize our hallway was not cleaned but the bedrooms and stairs look amazing. Would the hallway cleaning been more??

Our tech was very professional and friendly and we are happy with the cleanliness of our carpets. All stains were removed and no chemical smell. It just smelled like oranges for a couple hours.
