The two young men who came to clean my air ducts were extremely polite and professional. They told me every step of the way what they were doing. They showed before and after videos of my air ducts. I was very impressed with them.
The service was just done yesterday so I haven’t really seen the difference yet but I have every confidence that I will be happy. I could hear the “junk” moving through the duct work!
We had our vents cleaned. The service tech was very nice and polite and explained in detail everything he was going to do. He showed us inside the large vacuum when he was finished. It was dusty, but not as bad as I thought it would be since we built this house 36 years ago. There was a lot of dust. I have to say I am not sure if I can really tell a difference after getting out vents cleaned. I do feel better knowing that they have been cleaned, though. I vacuumed and dusted my house thoroughly before having this done. If you are thinking about having your vents cleaned, I would wait until after the cleaning to thoroughly dust and vacuum, as the process does stir up dust and you will need to dust & vacuum after the process. As far as the company, I received good service. We have very little carpet in our house, but if I have to have any rugs or carpet cleaned, I will contact this company.
