I like that the place is clean and temperature is comfortable for my pup. Prices are fair. I like that you are open on Saturdays. Staff is friendly. Location very convenient. I like pup cams.
I do wish you also had an outdoor facility as well with turf and shade and toys and maybe misters or pool for when it’s hot. I also wish you didn’t crate the dogs b/t 12-2 for nap. If they are tired they will rest on their own.

Being new to California, I was surprised that 2 other Pet Groomers we tried, did not ask for updated medical history and shots. That was my first LIKE. The next was a form that I could fill in giving my dog's surgery history. Third, your Groomer Mika was wonderful. She listed to us carefully, and made sure she knew what we wants and needs. She was gentle with our poodle, and Betty was happy and beautiful when she came out. We have found our groomer.

The pet companions are wonderful and get to know the individual personality of each dog. I like that they pay attention to the details on each person. I don't know how they do it but they provide excellent customer service. My dog comes home exhausted after a day at daycare and excited when I drop him off. Makes me feel good that he is in a safe and loving environment.

More that Samson loves going there. When I drop him off he can’t wait. I dont have to wait long dropping off and picking up.

My pup absolutely adores coming to Dogtopia (if I didn't have him buckled in he'd charge out of the car as soon as I open the door). Knowing how excited he is makes me more comfortable leaving him behind. And yes, I watch the video and when I see the staff jumping in when the dogs don't get along I appreciate knowing that my pup is safe around new dogs. I'll admit, he does come home a little stinky but I'll accept that for how much energy he's able to get out.

Staff is very friendly. Service hours are pur-fect. My pup is happy when I receive him after his day at Dogtopia. He is worn out when he gets home! I've already recommended to friends. One neighbor took her pup before my pup's first day and she raved about Dogtopia, which made me feel great about leaving him there.

I love how nice and accommodating the staff at Dogtopia are, they always update me on how my puppy did in daycare, and they initiative to correct him if he's being inappropriate or getting too rough during play time which I appreciate because I don't want him picking up any bad habits when I'm not around. I like watching on the webcams :) It seems like there are always different types of toys laying around which makes play time more interesting and interactive, too. And then you have the special "events" or "treats" on certain days which makes Dogtopia stand out among other doggy daycare facilities in my opinion - the photos we get from these special days are adorable!!

They provide an extremely safe and entertaining place for my labradoodle Dani! The staff is really incredible and love what they’re doing? Always great communications about how she’s doing and with the online video you can see the activities throughout the day.
