The staff is very supportive and understanding of my dog who took a long time to warm up to daycare. I like the special events they regularly have and I also like the webcam.

Our girl Ivy is always happy and excited to get to doggy daycare. As we get closer on the car ride she gets so excited and she’s running in the door. There’s always fun events and love that there are webcams for us to see her. She always looks like she’s having a great time.

How friendly everyone is and you can feel the love they have towards dogs. Bonus was for the short amount of time Jack spent there, he slept all the way home!

I always feel great taking my puppy there for daycare several times a week, and an occasional weekend of boarding. My puppy also enjoys the experience and always comes home happy. I really like your staff and facilities. Amazing that people recognize my dog or me when we come (we aren’t daily clients but it feels like family when we return). Curbside pickup/drop off is great. My dog must get his playing in because he snores in my lap all the way home!

You are close to where I work. I can watch my pups on the webcam. Everyone is friendly and loves dogs.

The staff loves dogs. My golden doodle (mini) has separation anxiety issues. Rather than her usual panic when leaving me, the groomer took a little time to reassure her and then Lucy trotted off with her without any problems.

This was our first time using Dogtopia grooming services and was really impressed with them. They are organized from start to finish. You fill out a info sheet with questions and concerns about your dog and meet with the groomer who was very friendly. She went over the sheet with me and discussed what I wanted done to my Bailey. I pointed out that he was extremely matted and had some sensitive areas to look out for. She told me she’d do the best she could but that he’d be there for awhile. When I picked him up the groomer brought him out and yes she had to shave him but you could tell she took her time and did an excellent job. I will be returning!

I love that they work on training techniques even at daycare! Super friendly staff and Odin is so comfortable with everyone. They’re all very patient with him and he’s always POOPED after a day at Dogtopia Miramar

I like that the place is clean and temperature is comfortable for my pup. Prices are fair. I like that you are open on Saturdays. Staff is friendly. Location very convenient. I like pup cams.
I do wish you also had an outdoor facility as well with turf and shade and toys and maybe misters or pool for when it’s hot. I also wish you didn’t crate the dogs b/t 12-2 for nap. If they are tired they will rest on their own.

Everyone is very kind and takes great care of my pup Bluetooth. My dog always has a great time.

Being new to California, I was surprised that 2 other Pet Groomers we tried, did not ask for updated medical history and shots. That was my first LIKE. The next was a form that I could fill in giving my dog's surgery history. Third, your Groomer Mika was wonderful. She listed to us carefully, and made sure she knew what we wants and needs. She was gentle with our poodle, and Betty was happy and beautiful when she came out. We have found our groomer.
