The staff always is friendly! They know our dogs!
Love the webcam and being able to watch Kirby and Jambi while we are away.
Flexibility about scheduling has been very helpful to us over the pandemic.

Two things that bring my rating down:
* the price is very high! The nightly fee I understand but we paid over $80 more for about 3 hours past the 48 hours we paid for the 2 nights of boarding. That seemed as if there should be another pricing plan or a window of time for pick up past the 24 hours for boarding. OR clear disclosure of when that extra daycare click turns on, so we can be better prepared.
* my husband was very disappointed not to get a report card about their stay. We always learn how they behaved in the past so we have come to expect this as part of your service. Kirby has been short—tempered since being attacked by 3 large dogs back in May and knowing how he did would have been helpful. On that note, we got an adorable “back to school” photo of Jambi but nothing on Kirby. That was very disappointing.
So I am leaving your rating at a 9 but the more I think about it, it was more like a 7.

I “loved” the supervisor there! I did not get her name but she has long hair and she owns a white shepherd-like dog that was in the front of the store. Everyone who came out just automatically said my dog’s name with adoration and love. Phoenix was given a “report card” on her first visit, and the staff treated her as though she was the best in the house (which I am sure that they do with everyone). Phoenix even brought out a woman from the back that just wanted to love on her more! I want to compliment the entire staff for answering my questions and booking her for more appointments. The supervisor was training someone and she did this while answering my questions seamlessly. All in all, a fabulous experience! Phoenix says, with her tail wagging, thank you very much!

The staff is amazing and they really do care. I also love how happy Jack is to go in each day and how happy he is to go home. It’s the perfect balance!

Easy to get a spot reserved and the camera is a big perk. Also like your hours. Makes it very convenient for those of us that work long days and can’t wait to drop our dogs off at 8am or early pick ups...thanks

We love the grooming service she is amazing!!
My dog is very restless and gets anxious and he loves her. She is detailed and comes out to see if there is anything else you need. I drive 25 minutes just to take my dog there. I would highly recommend her and the staff is very friendly they are a great place.

My dogs love being there! Socializing a Belgian Malinois can be tricky sometimes but she seemed to open up quickly and love it there already! Love the webcams as well.

Mica is the best groomer. Everyone who works there are really nice and care for our pets well.

My dog was welcomed even though his age and ability is questionable. He was lightly introduced to the herd and he was happy to just be a part of it all. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the place was clean. I was relived I could leave him a few hrs for a welcome day and when I picked him up he was in tip too shape.

Very prompt responses and all my questions are answered honestly.

All of the staff were very nice to me and my dog seemed happy about being there. For the most part they were able to answer questions about my dog's stay there and I was able to request special information when I dropped her off, such as how her bowl movements were since there was a change when I first started bringing her (which I understand to be normal).

I love the personal interest in my dog as well as how happy he is when he knows that he is going there to play. The extra bonus is now tired he is when he comes home. I know he had a good time!

Chance and I love Dogtopia! He runs out of the car in the morning and drop off, and it’s nice having the ability to watch him play throughout the day. When he boards, I can relax knowing he’s in a safe, clean and fun place. They also do amazing art projects and themed days! It is a huge blessing having Dogtopia of Miramar!

We were anxious about leaving our 5 month old pup into a room full of other dogs, but the people at Dogtopia did a good job of making sure the dogs were playing well together. We could see our pup was having a good time on the webcams and the staff were very nice to him.
