I have four children in your program. They are all enjoying the individual work pace and personal challenges. I appreciate the respect and kindness each receives. It is a fun, and peaceful environment to hone those skills that can sometimes, otherwise, cause tension in their acquisition.
The STEM lab and math related games help to provide an air of fun to the place. My children see it as a privilege, rather than an obligation, and I am hoping that the feeling will carry into their classrooms when they can approach this subject with a greater degree of confidence.

My daughter has gained confidence in Math and actually enjoys it now.

My son has been struggling to find a love for math. We just started going to Mathnasium a month ago but he is always excited to go. We will see what difference is seen once he starts school. The instructors are so nice. He also likes the STEM station and earning rewards.

Since our son has been attending the programs at Mathnasium, Math comes much easier for him. At Mathnasium they have taught him methods to quickly and easily add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers so that he does not spend as much time on each problem. Going over various math equations, fractions and more to refresh his memory and get him ready for school. We have high hopes for him this school year in the math department.

In just 3 weeks tome we saw an improvement in our son's grades. He cannot wait go do math?! Really? Math? He is even quoting math facts at the dinner table.

The Mathnasium tutor working with my daughter has been excellent. He is very patient and does a great job explaining things to her and helping her to develop her mathematical abilities. My daughter is much more confident in math and I can see her improvement every day. She got an A in math this marking period and her teacher commented on her improvement. But, most important, she absolutely loves to go to Mathnasium. We go twice a week but she begs to go every day! She has fun there and always says how patient and caring the tutors are.

Working with Mathnasium has been a pleasure, the staff is great with my son and exceptional with communication. I'd recommend them to anyone and I intend to use them again in the future.

This experience is giving my grandson skills in number sense and more confidence in math which involves practice, practice, practice.

I have a background in engineering and an MBA but am unable effectively detail mathematics and mathematical concepts to my children. My oldest daughter, Ryleigh, has been struggling with math for over a year and I feel that by the end of the last school year she lost most of her confidence regarding her ability to be a "smart" student. Because we put so much emphasis on the need to earn good grades, the constant reports from her teachers, and thus her parents had a negative effect on her morale and happiness; as she was receiving continuous negative feedback, even if we tried to do this constructively. For the past several weeks my daughter has been a regular attendee at Mathnasium and loves it. Through every day conversation we can see an improvement. Ryleigh tells time quicker, makes quicker decisions and provides quick answers related to differences in values. Ryleigh can and wants to practice math. I never thought Ryleigh would be happy-about and enjoy math. But now she does. The staff are unbelievably friendly, affable to children, and can effectively portray the concepts to children. They even sent a birthday card for her birthday. The staff are a talented group of individuals that have played an invaluable role with my daughters happiness and confidence in just the short time she has attended Mathnasium.
