When my granddaughter said she did not like math and was having trouble with it in 4th grade we signed up with Mathnasium. After three months she no longer says she does not like math and her last grade for math was an A.
My son has attended only 6 sessions with Mathnasium tutors and already feels more confident and comfortable in his math class in school.
The instructors are great and really tailor each session to my child. They are extremely patient and also make him feel comfortable by goofing around with him. They can also tell when he’s getting frustrated and needs a break.
My kids absolutely love Mathnasium. I thought it was going to be a challenge to keep them excited about going but they look forward to each session every week.

During the pandemic and with virtual learning, Mathnasium has helped supplement the efforts of the school system. Together we have been able to soldier on and do better.
Since we began here over a year ago, our daughter always leaves more confident and happy! All the staff make her feel important and help her through her rough times with math since it is her worst subject in school. We feel they are doing a great job with the organization of in person and on line as well, which is nice and flexible given todays times.
The Director and the staff are a wonderful resource.
The program was able to address my primary concerns which was to get my daughter to achieve a passing grade then to start working the fundamentals. My daughter is happy to attend the sessions and has the conference in her ability to perform at level with her peers

I think the confidence has overflowed into other STEM topics to some extent, and will probably influence her future career choices. So, I would have to recommend Mathnasium’s program and instructors, it is a great investment that a parent can make in a child.
Center staff instill the confidence I need to handover my most vulnerable child. I have no doubts they will preserve his positive experience at the center, and resolve any issues that may arise. I do NOT want to teach math. Particularly to this child. Mathnasium relieves that burden and satisfies the district's homeschool review.
