This was my first ever formal yoga class and I really enjoyed it. The instructor was very positive and helpful and critiqued in a very constructive manner. The studio was a very nice environment- smelled great as soon as I walked in and the locker room area was very neat and a good use of space.
I enjoy the cleanlyness of the studio, the ease of checking in and storing away belonging a before class, and the friendly of the staff!

I have always liked the yoga at CorePower better than other yoga studios, so the yoga is of course great, but the Pentagon City location has a much nicer, more down-to-earth feel to it than other CP studios I've visited. I felt more relaxed and less like I had to be "on." This is definitely my favorite CP studio and I'm so glad it opened!
The class was great. Super helpful instructor who took the time to help each individual get deeper into their practice and really express each owns practice for their own personal benefit and not pushing to meet others expectations. Really relaxing and great environment
The instructor was very gentle and didn't force me to do any moves I wasn't comfortable with. The room was the perfect temperature, and it was the best way to end a long Monday!

I felt very welcome even though I am only 1 of 3 males that appear to attend the C1 class. I was concerned about not being welcomed and that has not been the case. The studio employees have been fantastic and I am very impressed with the level of professional behavior and knowledge among the staff.

I love the classes and atmosphere. Specifically, I like the Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion classes. I also think the candlelit classes are great.
CorePower provides a welcoming environment to practice whether you're a beginning student or have been practicing for years. The classes are a nice size and the instructors are very pleasant and motivating.
