The atmosphere and instructors.
The employees are very friendly. The candlelight classes were my favorite.
Love the heated rooms. The quite atmosphere. The encouragement to challenge your body and the openness to of the instructors to share their personal intentions when coming to the mat. It taught me a lot about my body and the duration of the classes gave me just enough time to sweat and not give up on myself.
Instructors are friendly and helpful. The yoga studio is clean and environmentally friendly.

I only tried the Sculpt class but it's a great challenge! The instructors are great.
So kind registers and friendly atmoshper! Teachers have their own style so I never felt the same or boring. Love it! And evertything is organized and clean so I feel fresh everytime enter the studio. Love active and happy one hour yoga time there always! My favorite teacher is Rebecca who makes class fully calm and also active! A lot of sweating and feel fresher! Thanks!
