Love, love, love the staff at Dogtopia but not as much as my dog. They take such great care of her. She’s always so excited to go play. They are great with her & her energy! She comes home happy and exhausted. Hazel starts to cry when we get close because she can hardly contain herself when she realizes we are on our way to Dogtopia. Thank you for taking such great care of her!
My puppy ABSOLUTELY loves going there! She is so excited whenever we get to the parking lot to go in and play. Whenever I see her in the webcams she is playing and having a great time with other dogs. She is so well behaved at home after playing ball day. I could not recommend you guys enough! The employees are excellent. They are great with her and the other dogs. They are also really helpful if you want to bathe your dog there and are having trouble with clipping nails.

I LOVE So much about the services available, but I believe in the power of feedback and will share! Being an original client I hoped that with the huge price hikes in the initial stages of opening (I believe I was one of the first clients) my packages would remain honored. I was also told that as a professional in the area (Administrator for Family Pet Practice- Waterford and Wixom Family Pet Practice- Wixom) who could refer, that could work both ways and That there would be a professional discount. Instead his package increased to a point that it no longer fit into my luxe spending for him, which is what I consider his daycare. I loved That Shemby could play for the day and if my day was running over I could call and he had a place he knew, with people he loved to stay the night for $25. Then when I went to do that the next time it just wasn’t available to me anymore, takes away the convenience when there is 1 dogtopia that isn’t close to me but several other daycare/ boarding facilities that are.
Baths- please please please DRY him thoroughly. In bringing him yesterday that was my 1 request and he still came home wet enough that I had to brush and blow dry him. That is what gets the hair out, it takes away the benefit to me.
The importance of selling isn’t amis to me but the frequency seems extreme and although it seems minor, knowing the dog that you are calling about is important. Boy/girl?
Now the great! EVERYONE is always personable! They greet my giant so lovingly, he actually starts squeeling when we pull in the complex. Despite the above I do refer to Dogtopia frequently! The facility is clean. The team is responsive when I pull up, ready to help in any way! He is always happy and returned to me with a healthy and confident mindset.

I love taking my pup to Dogtopia. I know he's having fun and socializing while I'm at work. I have the piece of mind that he's in a safe environment. The team there is always coming up with fun ways to keep them entertained and change things up. I highly recommend the Commerce location
