The facility is clean with friendly staff, who know my dog by name although I have only brought him in for day care less than ten times over the last year. I have used the self service dog wash option several times and have found it to be reasonably priced. It's even more convenient that shampoo, towels and dryers are provided. The location and hours also make it easy use with my busy schedule.

All employees are kind to dogs and very nice to humans. Services are wonderful. I took my two dogs (Border Collie/Bernese Mix & Collie/Min Pin Mix to get a bath & nails cut. They were clean and happy when I picked them Up. Thank You Dog Topia Commerce.

Nicole was extremely helpful and professional. My dog Charlie had a great time being there all day. He is so much calmer and more obedient.

We like the peace of mind knowing that our Bella is in a safe environment with people who know and love dogs. The play areas are well maintained and the overnight accommodations are top notch. All the pets are supervised and each is given individual attention as needed. We like that Bella is obviously having fun when she's there and is happy when we take her inside for a day of care or a week of boarding. Her reaction tells us a lot. She's having a good time! We like that she's fed and given her meds just like she would be at home. We like every aspect of the physical environment, the services rendered, the special "theme" and holiday events, and the people who work there are great. But most of all we like knowing that we never have to worry about a thing when Bella's at Dogtopia. She's in good hands and is safe. That's what matters most. Thank you for all you do!

The staff was very kind and friendly to my and my pet. My dog was very old and got critically sick while he was boarding there. They took him to my vet for no charge and stayed with him while he was waiting to be seen. They went above and beyond and I appreciate that.

The dogs are supervised taken care of well.
