What do you like about our services?

I brought my dog in for spa services. He is a husky, German Shepard mix and he sheds a lot in the spring. They called me to let me know that his spa day was taking a bit longer than normal and they would call me when they were finished. When I picked him up all of his fur that was shedding was gone and he looked perfect and smelled great. It was easy to drop him off and pick him up

What do you like about our services?

My pup always seems to have a good time. She comes home tired but happy. I like that there are softer surfaces (no concrete floors) and cameras. I won't go somewhere without cameras.

Friendly staff and so happy when Maxwell joins you on day care that he is actually put with dogs his own size. He comes home so happy on day care days.

Due to a sudden change in job locations I needed to change my daycare location. I called a couple other locations and was told due to the short notice that they cannot help me. This location stepped up and gave me options and helped me out. They even give me a tour and followed up with me throughout the day letting me know how my dog was doing.

Was a little concerned when I was told I needed a reservation when I knew I had responded for that morning. This is not the first time Nelson had been overlooked.

Staff was AMAZING 🤩, they took the time to listen to my puppies previous experiences with other dogs. He is 4 months old, Doberman. Plays well with my neighbors small 10-15lb mix poodle. He’s not your typical crazy puppy play behavior. They really kept their eyes on his interactions all day. And believe me I was checking the video feed all day🤓 He had been attacked by other dogs in my neighborhood & was concerned that because of his larger size they would just put him with larger dogs. They stressed dogs were kept in temperament compatible groups & he had the best day ever. His friends were a bulldog puppy & a doodle. I could not be happier with his experience & I look forward to when he goes back for another day of fun & friends💙

Everyone I’ve dealt with at our Commerce Dogtopia is Very friendly. Great with my doggy. Most of all my dog Enjoys it there And I LOVE that they have webcam so while my baby is there I can check on him without bothering the workers 👍. Great Place.
