Everyone was so patient and knowledgeable. My puppy is very shy having been living outside for the first 4.5 months of his life. Everyone was so kind and patient with him . It is very clean and organized .
The staff is amazing! They made us feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in a new place. Our dogs had a great time and came home exhausted after a day of play time. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so personable and gives off major "care about you and your dog" vibes. Always greet my fur baby by name even before I say anything.
I like this facility, it is clean... nice outdoor area for the dogs to play in and all the employees are very pleasant and helpful. Our dog really seems to love it there

The staff is awesome and very vested in the well-being of my dog. They go above and beyond. They even called and texted when my fog was sick to check up on him.
Professional and caring staff. It’s evident they love the pups. I’m not crazy about boarding my dog with just anyone but I feel confident that she is in great care at Dogtopia Commerce which makes me less anxious when leaving her overnight.
Aesthetically, the facility is beautiful and well organized. Cole is very attentive, kind, and provides me with a security that my pup is in excellent care. The rest of the staff is friendly each time I’m in the building. I’m a first time dog owner, so this has been a pleasant experience for both me and my pup.
