Although I went for only a few time, I hooked with the classes immediately. I like very much yoga+body weight style, very stimulating and got to exercise for most part of the body. Super nice and friendly staffs, not to mention the cleanliness of yoga room and facility.

The energy of the place and the people were nice.

1. The instructors are wonderful. I met the manager opening night and loved her - it was only my second yoga class ever and she was incredible! I met a few other instructors and everyone is so kind and encouraging.

what an awesome atmosphere! the class is more dynamic than a lot of other studios. the new space at city center is gorgeous!
