Low key friendly staff!

I like the speed of the class. I am a hyper person and enjoy when things are moving quickly and changing often. I really enjoyed the instructor and how clean the bathrooms are too.

I love Sculpt - think is the perfect workout, great way to stretch, and normally (pending the teacher) a lot of fun!

Beautiful studios, great instructors and classes! I had a fantastic CorePower experience in HPF in my first class at the CityCenterDC location.

I loved the clean and bright studio, the helpful staff, and the nice people I shared the class with!

I have taken two Yoga Sculpt classes and they were amazing. Very challenging yet amazing. Best Yoga class I have ever taken and I can't wait to go back. Katy & Ashley are great.

My only concern is the bathroom. I decided to shower after class but there was hair everywhere. I'm unsure if the cleaning staff can check after each class but I think that would be my own recommendation. Everything else including the instructors I've met are amazing.

Also, I noticed when I received this email that I will get a pass to give a friend or family member for Two weeks free. I only got one week free. Can I get two weeks free as well?

I liked the traditional teaching of yoga paired with an upbeat mix

Classes are challenging. I like that I feel like I worked out after class. Teachers are very good and friendly. Beautiful studios.

I like Corepower Yoga because I'm able to push myself and my body beyond what I believe I can achieve. It also serves as a meditative space where I can slow down my day, my thoughts, and just breathe.

In terms of products, I especially like that Corepower carries Spiritual Gangster and Yoga Rx.

I like the class intensity, the heat might be a bit too much, but i hope that after a few classes I get used to it.
The music is nice, but would be great to vary the styles, and shuffle through more different songs.
Mats should always be free, as they are at most high end gyms and studios in town. Membership / class prices are high enough, they should always include mat and towel.

I love the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. It is amazing to also listen to the instructors' examples of setting intentions.

I like the combination of yoga with core strengthening, the facility is nice, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Love the energy and class structure. Love that there are different levels for all who are looking for a variety of workouts/releases. So nice to have the amenities in the bathroom.
