Love this class and this studio

The studio is so cute and I feel like it is always heated nicely. Whereas some of the other studios don't get as warm for the same classes. I also really like the staff.

Great teachers and energy

Loved the teachers! I appreciated the fact that the yoga sculpt was a challenging class and that the heat was not too high. At my usual studio the heat is way too high for weights and it stops me from going even though I would love the strength training. Great time in DC!

Great classes and energized instructors.

Sam was PHENOMENAL…She was welcoming, friendly, and direct at check in. During the class she had great pace, attention to detail, and her voice was pleasant to hear as she guided us from position to position. She also asked for feedback following the class, I gave her feedback and she was receptive to the feedback.

Needless to say, I’ll be going back🤷🏾‍♂️

I really enjoy the CityCenter studio because of its windows. Both studio spaces are nice and the variety of instructors is great

Amazing instructors! I do have one small complaint but will share it with one of the instructors when I am there next

Love everything about it - the sequencing in the classes, teachers, atmosphere. It’s my favourite. I live in Canada and go to a CPY class whenever I travel for work. Wish there was a studio in Halifax, NS, Canada (call me?!:). The little shop is great too - I always buy myself a memorabilia from the shop each trip. That’s how much I love it.

I loved Julia's class. She has such positive energy, her commitment to using heavy weights is so motivating, and I love her music!

I love the environment and the friendly vibes all around. The teachers are always so nice and i never feel judged there
