The facility offers my dog a safe and clean space to play and socialize with dogs of similar size and temperament. The trainers are great with my dog and will let me know if any gains are made or any issues or concerns arise. Dogtopia also offers "extras" to make the experience more comfortable.
I bring my Maggie in for her nail clips. She is 12 years old has bladder cancer and wears a diaper. Kara is very gentle with her and Maggie is never afraid or nervous when I bring her there. When we get there for our appointment there is never any waiting. She is always ready for Maggie. Kara does a great job always and it's never a long wait. Very happy with this place.

Staff are very friendly, remember our dogs name upon arrival and greet us warmly. They have been very receptive to feedback when a situation arose for me where I required different levels of security/safety for my dog.

It was our first visit so everything went well. Vanessa at the front desk was very nice and explained how the the visits work. I love the webcam to be able to watch our dog interact with other dogs. Daycare provided the opportunity for our puppy to interact with other dogs. As a puppy she will learn good dog behaviour from other dogs. She came home tired and happy!
