The Meet & Greet was very informative and the staff were very friendly. The camera showing the dogs in the rooms in the lobby was fun to watch. It is also nice to have an app to use to schedule appointments and see real time activity in the room.

The only comment that I could make at this time is that adding an outdoor play area for the dogs to get outside during the day would be a good addition but at this location it may not be possible.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff are so friendly and I feel so relieved and secure in leaving my dog in their hands. He’s well taken care of and loves his days at Dogtopia. Thank you for all you.

The Staff take the time to listen to your questions, explain their philosophy, and make sure that your dogs needs are met, to your satisfaction.
They make sure that your fur baby is well taken care of, by taking the time to get to know your dog, and making it feel comfortable.

You can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in good hands, having fun, and receiving lots of love.

The staff are incredible and pleasant. When watching the daily interactions on the webcam, you can tell that they truly care about the animals and are doing a great job to take care of our fur babies!

From the moment Jasper and I entered Dogtopia I was impressed; the greeting, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the facility, the tour etc.
Melanie and Mark were informative about the services, the areas designated for the dogs and all everyone does to make the dogs feel at home. They were able to answer my questions and to put me at ease. The webcam was fantastic because it allowed me to see how Jasper was doing throughout his 1st day. Mark followed up a few hours into Jasper's Meet and Greet. And the following day I received yet another courtesy call.
You can tell that at Dogtopia, dogs are cared for and loved.

We have only had one session but everyone was very nice to animals and humans which is always a plus. Everything was very clean, open to viewing and I love the idea that I can use Dogtopia for grooming, daycare (as needed since we are home most days with our dog) and boarding. We are excited to go back and love the idea that we can watch him online to see how his day is going!

I would highly recommend dogtopia to anyone with a pup. Daycare is amazing getting to watch my babies make friends and playing all day is the best feeling. And boarding is amazing, getting updates on how they are doing is fantastic. They go into detail on how your pup is doing the entire stay to ease your mind while your on vacation knowing your dog is eating and happy.
I love dogtopia and I love the meadowvale staff for really treating Rebel and Luna like on of their own family.
