I enjoy the fact that I know my dog will be safe in your care. I love the opportunity for socialization, open play, and how exhausted my dog is when she comes home. I love how staff make the effort to get to know my dog and give me updates of how things went during the day when I pick up my dog.
Staff were very friendly. Took the time to explain everything. Trainer was great with our dog, especially since it was her 1st time there. After a 6 hour play date she was happy and exhausted.
Organized and customer service is great
Love the fact that there is someone watching over the dogs and separates pups who are getting aggressive. Also love the fact that the temperature is on the cooler side which helps dogs not get overheated
The areas of improvement I would call out are the sheer number of dogs in a room. I think there are way too many in the romper room. And I wish Dogtopia had outdoor play areas too

The staff are incredible with the dogs!
The attendants are very accommodating, always willing to help with the puppies from and too the car, when they are dropped off or picked up.
If a message is left on the telephone, you always receive a return call from someone.
Most of all, everyone working at Dogtopia of Meadowvale genuinely love all the puppies and treat them as if the puppies were their dogs.

My puppy loves dogtopia. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If there are any issues, they let you know right away.
Very professional and clean environment. We are very impressed that we can see our pets when they are at the facility. This gives us a piece of mind.

Team Dogtopia follow up with any issues that arise, and resolve them asap. And always on a professional level.
They let us know of any medical concerns when they spot them.
They make it a point to get to know the dog's name and temperment as well as getting to know the parent(s).

The friendly service and great care. Also the detailed correspondence before and after my pet’s stay. The detailed report and comments on our dog’s report card felt so genuine and personal.

The staff seemed very professional and to genuinely like taking care of the dogs. We like the fact that Dogtopia evaluates all of the dogs to ensure they are suitable for day care and boarding. And most importantly, the dogs seem to have fun and our puppy, even though tired, came.home happy after her first day at day care. The webcam is also a huge plus, as well as the update from staff.
In addition, services such as grooming and ability to opt for walks is also a bonus.

The reason why I didn't give a full 10 is because when you call at times, no one picks up. I am not sure how the structure works there, but someone should be by the phones at all times in case of an emergency Otherwise my dog loves going here. Thanks

The service Dogtopia offers is outstanding ! It’s very easy to sign my puppy up for DayCare. It is always a hassle free pick up / drop offs. Just started taking my puppy and so far all the staff have remembered her and been tentative to her needs. My dog Maki has done daycare, an over night stay and puppy pre school! She always comes home calmer and happy that she got tones of open play with all her fur besties!
