My dog Charlie loves it at Dogtopia and has been attending for 2 years. When I drop him off in the morning he rushes us inside so he can get to furry friends. He loves the staff, who are all very attentive and keep a good eye on the dogs to make sure play is safe and fun. I also really appreciate that they do wellness checkups on the dogs.

The customer service and staff attitudes are wonderful! The rooms are well taken care of and spacious.

The service itself, being able to have grooming during the stay and special treats. Also using the service when I need it is great. What is NOT GREAT is the acoustics in the new foyer. The sound is pinging off every surface and very hard on the ears. Sound absorbing wall art is about the best you can do to mitigate it.

How actively engaged the trainers are with the dogs throughout the day is very reassuring for me, especially when my puppy first joined! I also love the convenience of the app to check on my guy and to book him in each week in advance; I never need to worry about where he is going to go on those days.

My dog is always happy to come there, we both always get a warm greeting.

It's a place for my dog to socialize and be taken care of while I'm at work- especially since covid she has become much more anxious when I'm not around.
They're great with my fur baby, I trust them and I love that I can see her on the video.

Everyone is so friendly. The play rooms are clean. I also love the events that take place.

Everything I need for my doggie is in one place. The staff are absolutely wonderful, great communication on my doggies progress and interaction. The app is easy to use and I love being able to check in on him to see how he’s doing. I was very hesitant to put my doggie in daycare but everyone at dogtopia has made me feel confident that he’s in a great place and very well cared for.

Dogtopia is a wonderful place for all your dog's needs. Everyone who works there is so kind and caring and absolutely totally knowledgeable about dogs and their needs.
Our dog Jasper goes to daycare twice a week and has been boarded quite a few times. I never worry about him, I know that he is active, well looked after, and over all having a fantastic time. So fantastic that he is exhauated for the next few days.
I am so happy that we have such a wonderful place to take our dog.
