Our son used to hate working on math problems and would give us a hard time doing any math. He’s now enjoying math and comes out of Mathnasium happy and doesn’t mind working on math problems as his confidence level went up as well as his enjoyment!

Our daughter Sophia loves going to Mathnasium in Murfreesboro. The staff is very friendly and cares for each kid and family that comes thru the door. Sophia has begun to excel at Math and not be afraid of it. She now has the confidence to be a better student.
Mathnasium has been a lifesaver for my son! We tried two different private tutors before starting with Kristi and her team and we could not be more pleased with his progress. From the very beginning they identified his weakness and developed a detailed plan to fill in those gaps. He started in person sessions until the virus hit then transitioned to online sessions which he enjoyed even more. He was able to work from home with absolutely no difference in the quality of tutoring. He has enjoyed working with all of the tutors, they were patient when explaining difficult concepts, very attentive during online sessions, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is now fully prepared to enter the local magnet school as a freshman. As a direct result of mathnasium he was placed in an advanced honors 10th grade class. He’s naturally talented at math, but he still had significant gaps as not all curriculum was taught well in his middle school years. If he finds himself in need of help again, we will return to mathnasium without hesitation!

So far the additional tutoring seems to be what my son needs, however as we are not in school currently and because school ended prior to my son actually being able to really apply all that he is being taught its hard to tell if everything is really clicking or working out. I guess we will see when school starts back.
