Carpet looks great. We have a large dog, live in the mountains and we burn wood to stay warm therefore a lot of dirt, gravel, wood and snow get transferred from outside to inside,DIRTY. Our carpets catch it all no matter how careful. Need to have it cleaned more often. Frank was polite and explained ever step that he was going to take.

Frank was our service technician and he did an AMAZING job reviving our carpet. It looks brand new which I honestly thought was impossible because of its wear. Frank was very thorough in his explanation of what was going to be done and was efficient in completing the job a little over an hour. The time and money spent to have this done was well worth it. The team member made it all worth it. I feel bad I forgot his name. He was extremely knowledgeable and was both professional and approachable. I didn’t think he could get certain stains out but he did. The best carpet cleaning I’ve had, hands down.
