The prices for the ink cartridges we purchased were cheaper than the cost to purchase them through the manufacturer. Nick Horsch was great, very prompt and professional. He has sent me a complete list of the products we would need, compared to the manufacturers price, it was very helpful!
It is good just a little pricey for the Black ink cartridge. It is 2x more than the other colors for the same amount of ink. WHY??? Please reply

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I see you use Brother Inkjet cartridges for your current printer. In many cases, even if the color and black cartridges are rated for the same amount of pages, most manufacturers have priced the black cartridge higher, and just the black ink itself has a higher material cost. Compared to OEM costs, you actually are saving about 30% on both the black and color cartridges. Currently our prices are $16.99 for LC103 Black, and $9.99 each for LC103 Colors, while the Brother brand are $24.99 for the Black, and $14.99 each for the Colors.
On the other hand, for laser printers that use toner, the black cartridge typically costs less.
Simply put, it really comes down to the manufacturer and the cost of the materials.
To offset some of this cost, you should have received a second email with a link for a coupon since you provided feedback. This coupon does not expire, and will give you $3 off your next purchase. You can print it out and tape it to your printer for your next trip here, or just show it to us on your phone.
