Service was outstanding. I mistakenly damaged the ink cartridge I purchased and when I came back to inquire about what I could do to fix it I was given a replacement cartridge at no charge. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. Excellent customer service.

Since I just bought my first and purchased ink at the location in Grapevine, Tx. Im not to familiar with anything yet. But Mr. MJ took a great care of me and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I bought new ink cartridges and printing paper. All in All an awesome experience. I called and told him i was running late to get the paper and he stayed a few mins late to make sure I was able to get it. This will be my location from here on out. I loved the experience!!
