Printer Source Plus in Jackson MI. the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable regarding
the issue. She walked me through the process of upgrading the firmware for my OfficeJet 6830.

Everyone I have dealt with at Rapid Refill has been extremely nice, and helpful. Orders are delivered promptly, and if for some reason an order is going to take a bit longer (They themselves have to order the product) they let us know. I also like that they pick up old cartridges.
