I am always satisfied with Rapid Refills service and products. I buy an Epson XL black ink cartridge and it works wonderfully in my printer. I do low volume printing, color and black, and everything always goes smoothly. I just bought another black cartridge. Even though the current cartridge is not completely spent, I notated that I replaced that one in March 2017 and just now to the point of having to change it out with the cartridge I just bought. Rapid Refill is quite an efficient and respectful business. Many thanks to them.

I bought a color cartridge for my old HP printer. Unlike other replacement cartridges that sometimes are not properly "read" by First name removed printer, First name removed cartridge from RR worked perfectly immediately. And was far less expensive.
