I was quite surprised and pleased to hear the person helping me offer to deliver inkers to my home when she had run out of the one I need. She did in fact deliver the inkers to my home at no charge. I have always done my inker business with this store even though it's a drive to get there, and am very, very pleased with the service I have received. I've forgotten the ladies name but thank you very much again.
