Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful! The range of classes encompass the zen aspects of yoga along with amazing core strengthening moves.
Music in classes. Don’t have to pre-sign up. Multiple levels. I️ am hoping yoga 2 will prepare me for yoga sculpt class. Would like to try a bikram with music. Nice studio.

I like that management experiments with the schedule to find best fit for the most members. I haven't been able to attend any special events but love that they are so actively planned. All of the teachers have been fantastic so far. Last, the facilities are fantastic.
