Love the Yoga Sculpt class. Was so pleasantly surprised to discover upbeat music is played in the background to pump up the energy.
Enjoyed the incorporation of traditional yoga positions with cardio moves and work with weights. Very good overall workout.
Appreciate having afternoon class times so I don't have to attend only in early morning or evening hours.

I like how clean the studios are, that they don’t smell and the environment is kept fresh. I love Chrissy, Kristy, Maria, Dana and Nicole! They are the most encouraging, challenging and amazing leaders!!! Yoga Sculpt is the best!!
