I love the hands on approach to yoga. I love the clean studio. I love the friendly instructors. I love that the instructors take classes with us when they aren't teaching.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all ask if you'd like to have adjustments or not which I think is important for classes with varying levels of students.

I love the heated yoga, the yogi guides all have wisdom to impart. I love the 1 hour routine, it is perfect. It would be wondetful to have seat protectors in the restrooms however!! Thanks for your consideration!
